Castle Motors Trebrown Ltd

Castle Motors talk a good service - their salesman, Christopher, makes all the right noises when promising dedicated aftersales service to sort out any snags. I gave up half a day to take my (expensive) car back to eliminate a constant annoying squeak in the boot. After overhearing their Service Director telling the technician, "we're not going to waste our time sorting out rattles and squeaks", I drove the car home with a severely overtightened boot door, the squeak persisting. A call to Christopher had him promising to sort it out. A week later, I had heard nothing back. So, I have adjusted the boot door back to normal tolerances and had the squeak sorted out by another dealer. It took them 5 minutes to diagnose it in a completely different part of the boot. Conclusion - Castle Motors look like an upmarket outfit, but underneath they're fully signed up with the Cornish "Keep It Cr@p" Brigade.

Beware! Cleaners

Our cleaner was very friendly and relaxed without being intrusive. They have always been on time, always thorough, have returned for extra work and have left my house and apartments spotless. Everything looked perfect when I arrived at the aptartment after work. We will use you again.
